REB3L SUCCESS STORY – JR
REB3L has changed my life for the better. I am in the best shape of my life and on top of that, I feel great! There are no words to describe the feeling I get when I step into class and jump right on in with my fellow REB3Ls. The energy, camaraderie and positivity are completely electric. Ashleigh is an amazing leader and inspiration and I look up to her so much. I wish I was more eloquent with my words, but there really aren’t strong enough words to describe the experience that is called REB3L. Maybe we should call up Merriam-Webster to add some new vocabulary to their dictionary! I get up early on my days off to come to class, if that says anything!
I have a background in theater and taking REB3L Groove has helped improve my movement on stage. The confidence and self-awareness REB3L has infused in my body is astounding. I could go on and on, but, in short, REB3Ls a game-changer and now an integral part of my lifestyle.
