In February I started taking a Groove class every once in a while and by April, I was consistently going 4 times a week. 


As a person who has always hated the gym, I was so grateful to find something that felt like fun instead of a boring workout routine.

Since then, I have lost 25 pounds and I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been.  Groove has given me the confidence in my fitness abilities to try other classes and to continue my fitness journey. I’m so lucky to have found Groove and to have met so many wonderful ladies!
