Choreographed to great music, our toning moves will fatigue every muscle group in your body. No time for an hour workout, no problem, we have 20 minute zone specific workouts. All you need is a pair of light weights (3-5#), a pilates ball and a set of gliders (wash clothes or paper plates work too). We don’t count rep’s, you will let the music move you. Let’s get strong!
